There is this Easter Muffin Recipe with Parmesan that is used every year in Italy as a way to celebrate the holiday.
The ingredients are connected to the history of easter, sacrality and christianity. Easter Muffin Recipe with Parmesan Ingredients
For 9/12 muffins depending on the size you make.
- 170 g of flour 0
- 3 eggs
- 35 g of butter
- 50 g of grated cheese
- a tablespoon of chopped rosemary
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of milk
- 12 cubes of parmesan
- salt and pepper
Put the flour in the mixer, then the eggs, the milk, the butter and grated cheeses, knead at a moderate speed for about 10 minutes. At this point, add the chopped rosemary, salt and pepper and the chopped tomatoes. Mix well.Then, place the mix in the muffin mold,small piece of parmesan and then add a the remaining mix on top. The muffin can be decorated with half a cherry tomato. Then put everything into the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 ° and served lukewarm.
