Johnnie De La Garza –
This is the most flavorful Balsamic Vinegar I have tried to date. The consistency was thicker than any other Balsamic I have tried. The taste was a rich flavor of sweet, woody grapes with an equal combination of sour. I used it on roasted vegetable and it really enhanced the taste of the dish. I can’t wait to try it on a couple of different dishes like salads and pasta. I think it will make a great dessert just drizzling it over vanilla ice cream or maybe a poached pear. I love that the product is from grapes produced in Modena. This is a very rich and decadent balsamic vinegar!
