Shrimp SaladShrimp Salad is the perfect dish when it’s hot outside and you want to eat light. A few simple ingredients for a quick dish, with a sweet and spicy dressing that give also color to the dish.







For the salad:

  • 1 pound of medium raw shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 avocados (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 heads of lettuce
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes (cut in wedges)

For the dressing:

  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of relish
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of hot sauce



First, peel and clean the Shrimp. Then bring a large pot of water, over medium heat, add the lemon, pepper, and garlic. Add the shrimp to the pot, cook them for 4 minutes and then set them aside until ready to use.

For the Dressing: In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Whisk all the ingredients to combine them.
