Pasta & Peas is a fast and easy first course to make every day in any occasion. It can be considered a “save dinner” if you do not know what to cook, in a few minutes you will have a dish that will surprise everyone!
- 320 gr of Ditalini rigati pasta
- 1 kg of peas
- 1 onion
- 1 tuft of parsley
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a pot and sprinkle the sliced onion thinly on a moderate heat, sprinkling it with white wine to avoid having too many colors. Add the peas, refill them and let them taste, then cover with boiling water and continue cooking for about 20 minutes. Salt and pepper set.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta half-cooked. Drain and join the peas. Complete with minced parsley and served.
