The origins of Carasau Bread are very ancient, and it has always been part of the Sardinian tradition. This type of bread is considered to be the first place in typical Sardinian products.
The ingredients of this product are natural, simple and genuine: durum wheat semolina, water, yeast, and salt.
Bread Carasau can be used in a variety of ways: as a bread substitute, with cheeses and slices, as a base for the salad, or seasoned with delicious sauces or simple oil as an aperitif.
