Italian Traditional Panettone Ingredients: wheat flour, sultana 19% grapes, butter, fresh egg yolk, candied orange peels 8% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sourdough (wheat ), sugar, fresh milk pasteurized 4%, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavorings. It may contain other nuts, peanuts, and soy.
