About the Brand
The company was founded in 1979 thanks to the passion of the Rinaldi family for the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. Even today, a prestigious vinegar with several batteries of casks dating back to the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. In 1990 the traditional balsamic vinegar of Casa Rinaldi won the highest award in the industry, “The Twentieth Anniversary of the Trophy” so they can claim the title of World Champion thanks to the diploma of “The Best of the Best” for 2010. After winning with its flavors in Italian territory, the international markets, and abroad, the wide range of products and the attention it devotes to the flavour, and their customers, appear to be among the more appreciated.
