Le Conserve della Nonna was born in the province of Modena, a land rich in Italian values and traditions handed down on our tables generation after generation. What is the secret? The simplicity of the recipes, respect for seasonality, freshly picked quality raw materials processed. When we prepare a preserve, we have always carefully chosen the raw materials, we respect the seasonality, we use the most natural method of conservation while respecting the environment. A project that we have created together with Fini and Greci to share our knowledge and flavors with all the people who, like us, believe that good today is no longer enough. A welcoming place, where you can explore and get to know, get lost and find yourself. We believe that eating well is the first step to being well, and we strive every day to offer healthy and genuine products. In 2014 we were the first industrial company to achieve the Controlled Quality recognition for past and fresh sauces, thanks to an integrated production that respects the environment, which uses only locally grown tomatoes without GMOs and pesticides. Also this year we introduce jams with cane sugar, ideal for breakfast for young and old, to start the day with taste and balance.
Heat the sauce on medium temperature or in the microwave (after having removed the cap). Add to pasta, then sauté in a small pan. Add some grated parmesan before serving.
