Drago has outdone themselves again, this time they have produced a exquisitely divine tuna pate. Combined with raw vegetables like;celery, carrots, and fennel, this pate makes the most delicious appetizer. They have taken their most famous products; mackerel, tuna and salmon, cooked and stripped of them of their skin and spines, and then homogenized them together with ingredients that characterize every single cream and pate. The products thus obtained are packaged in glass jars of different sizes, sealed, sterilized, washed, labeled and packaged for shipping. These pate and creams do not contain any added starch or flavor enhancers.
About the Brand
The company, founded in 1929, has today a factory in the industrial area of Syracuse. In compliance with the Sicilian tradition and the experience gained from four generations, the company operates in the conservation of fish products in brine and both in olive and seeds oil, such as tuna and mackerel, a kind of fish that is all along present in the typical Sicilian cuisine. All products are cleaned by hands without chemicals and do not contain preservatives or flavor enhancers. To suit the tastes of younger generation, the company also produces Tuna and Mackerel Pate and Cream that can be used to make sandwiches or pasta sauce. All these products, unlike the other ones commercially available, make your board joyful and have no added starches.
