How to cook

How to prepare Gioiello Wholegrain Rice: cook Gioiello rice in salted water for 40 minutes, drain it and let the rice cool down in a large baking sheet pan for 10 minutes, drizzle it with olive oil, then combine the rice with seasonal vegetables.
