Colomba Cake – Produced using natural leavening

Ingredients:  Wheat flour type ‘0’, sugar, candied orange peels (12%) (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), fresh eggs, butter, natural yeast (gluten), granulated sugar (5.5%), almonds (2%), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower oil, rice flour, milk powder, egg powder, salt, flavourings.

Store in a dry place away from heat sources.
