History
“Azienda Agricola Biologica Pedrosi” – The farm of more than 5 hectares extends in Gaiano di Fisciano (SA) in an uncontaminated area between the Picentini mountains and the Irno valley at about 500 meters above sea level. For over 3 generations they have dedicated ourselves to the production of olive oil, hazelnuts, walnuts, chestnuts and saffron. We have chosen to cultivate according to the method of organic farming because they strongly believe in a better world and they think that we can all do something to improve it.
