Pegaso Alimentari is a company located in the famous and known land of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy. The company was founded in 1996 when Nicola Critelli, after having worked for over 20 years in olive oil and catering as a Chef, decided to start a company that would meet the needs of Italian and overseas restaurants.
The main objective of the company is to offer high-quality Italian food with characteristics related to consumer demands: genuineness, craftsmanship, but also seasonality and territorial identity, in order to create and create recipes typical of the Italian culinary tradition. Many of Pegaso Alimentari’s products have obtained several certifications: Organic, Protected and Controlled Designation of Origin, Gluten Free, Ogm Free and Kosher.
For more than 10 years, the company has been distributing products throughout Italy, and has been able to enter and develop in several foreign markets: the United States, obtaining the FDA-Food and Drug Administration certification for export, Latin America, Europe and China.
