Recipe: bring water to a boil in a large pan, cook the Orecchiette pasta until “al dente” (12 to 14 minutes). About halfway through cooking time, heat the Turnip Green Sauce in a skillet, with a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, let simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. When pasta is ready, drain it and the sauce.
